Can't live without Tech

Hey survivors,

So yesterday, I was doing my homework, when suddenly all the electricity went off. I got so scared, but then I realized my little sister had put a metal comb into the plug socket (don't know why she did it or how she didn't get an electric shock). This was at 5 pm, so I had absolutely nothing to do. I nearly cried. So I missed Some Girls, but I've watched it now so I'm fine. I can't tell you how it ended (because I'm not a spoilsport), but it was good.

Silence is supposedly golden

Hey gals/guys,

I've got a question to ask you. Can you ever be in total silence? I mean I have been in a place where nobody talks, but you always hear like a humming of electricity in  the background. Apparently, if you were if total silence, it would drive you mad!

I've made a list of some interesting questions (yes, I was bored, I still do have a life)

Would the list of all lists include itself?

Would a barber cut his own hair?

Is a fly without wings a walk?

If guns don't kill people, but people kill people, then doesn't that mean that toasters don't toast toast, but toast toasts toast?

Why does life throw you lemons? Why not strawberries or bananas?

Was I made in China?

How would I look as a Simpson or Futurama character?

Why was the category called short? Why not tall, cool or best?

Wanted! (apparently)

Hey!,

So this tale started on a sunny afternoon. The trees were swaying, the birds were singing and a rainbow was painting the sky. More or less. So after trampolining club yesterday, I wanted to go to my classroom to put my P.E kit away, when my friends (they were doing a geography project. They're not saddos who stay after school for no reason) came down saying we weren't allowed in class because it was after 5. Every week, I usually put my kit away with no fuss, so I was a little bit confused, but I listened to them and took my kit home. The next day, I came into class and my face was everywhere on wanted posters! It was hilarious! I was so shocked. The reward for 'finding' me was a Snickers bar (Yay!) My friends said that was why they didn't want me to go to class. So tomorrow, I have to bring my kit to school when I could have just left it in my locker!

Time to reminisce!

Hey!,

Hey ladies and gentlemen of the world,

So today, I finally got 1000 pageviews!! Yay!! I'm so happy! And to honour this very special day, I have conducted a speech...

On another note, have you heard about the grandad paradox? It is so cool, so basically, pretend you are a time traveller and you decide to go into the past and kill your grandfather before he gets married (don't know why you would do that, but some people are weird.) That should mean you were never born, but then you wouldn't have been able to kill your grandad. And so on.

Strikes are so 1982!

Hey classmates,

Tomorrow, I have to go to school. If this doesn't make sense to you, you are unlucky. Tomorrow are teacher strikes and everyone is off school except year 10 and 11 because of GCSEs. Sixth form are off and they have A-levels. I want to stay at home and relax, but nooooooo, we have to show we can learn independently. It is so not fair.

Anyway, I have decided to be an optimist. This statement may contradict my last paragraph, but from here on in is happy me!!! I'm so happy! Rainbows, unicorns, sunshine! Except it rained today. Apart from gravity, nothing can keep me down!!

I feel like I've wasted my childhood!

Hey!

So today, me and my friend had a heated discussion about Noddy. Yes, Noddy. I was saying that for my whole childhood I thought Noddy was a girl, and my friend was saying he's a boy and I was saying in my heart, Noddy will always be a girl.

Also, the clock in my little sister's last period stopped, so she was in class for an extra half hour. It was so funny. She came home ranting and raving about it. She said it was like having detention. I laughed so hard!!!
